As we journey towards the historic city of Burgos, where an afternoon and night of exploration await, the scenery unfolds, graced with wheat, barley, and lavender fields. Poplar and oak forests guide our way to the medieval gem of Covarrubias, marking the end of our week-long adventure. Covarrubias, not only the conclusion of our trail but also the starting point of the Camino del Cid and home to our stables, is a treasure trove of history and beauty.
